About This Course

This Engineering Team Training track is for piping leads who need to ask the right questions, recognise risk, coordinate interfaces and avoid pressuring the team into an expensive mistake, without needing to select a gasket themselves.

What Will You Learn?

1. Understand what a material engineer needs before PMS, RFQ, TBE and vendor review can be completed responsibly
2. Read PMS, MSD, line list, valve and specialty requirements well enough to lead interfaces and model reviews
3. Build an integrated piping deliverable plan based on dependency and maturity, not dates alone
4. Recognise technical red flags in deviations, substitutions, class breaks and MTO changes
5. Run productive technical resolution meetings and document decisions, owners and downstream impact
